Flooding, Plumbing, or Steam Line Failure If your building has a plumbing failure, a flood, or a steam line failure:

• Cease using electrical equipment.
• Evacuate the building if necessary and proceed to the EAA. (see General Evacuation Procedures).
• Call Facilities Services if necessary.
